Results / Grafham Grand Prix Grafham Water SC - 02/01/2012
Well the start of the RS600 winter series and the start of the Sailjuice series and we did it again - one of the biggest fleets in the medium
fast handicap section alongside the Merlins. We had some great results and we were showing why the 600 is such a good boat!
Unfortunately for me my boom bolt broke on the last run so did not finish, but congratulation to Jamie Mawson and John Charles who came in the top ten, and well done to everyone else who competed - it was very difficult conditions.
It was also good to see some new faces yet again and people returning to the 600 after trying different classes. We look forward to seeing you at the next event, which is at Queen Mary on Saturday 7 Jan. I may not be there but please try to attend - it's a must in winter sailing and a experience
